Rain is a *****!!!!!!!!
After I cancelled my rain membership and paid up the final month bill, I got a debit order in the middle of the month. I went back and forth with their consultants and no help was received.
Rain has ****** money from me and who knows how many more people they are *****ing from and debiting incorrectly.
I will not be using their services again. I will make sure that evryI know stops using them too.
They deserve a negative score.

18 Jul 2021, 20:04I have emailed your consultants with my statement as proof of double debit. I have no debits set for 15th of the month. All my debits are meant to go out on 25th of each month and have been doing so each month. I made the cancellation and the payment after that was taken. I was since debited again on the 15th. First of all, it's the wrong date and secondly if is the second time after I cancelled that I am getting debited.
This is unacceptable.
