Rain is a ****! They Ignored My Cancellation Request and Stole R1000!
STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!! I’m extremely frustrated with Rain! I asked them to cancel my subscription because I’m traveling abroad, but they refused. Now, despite my clear request to cancel, they’ve continued charging me for two months, totaling R1000. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I feel completely ******. I need help getting this resolved. How is it that they can keep charging me when I made my request so long ago?
