Rain Is A ****, They Don’t Want To Refund My Money For A Whole Year

Can RAIN kindly refund people their money where it’s due

I took a Rain +550/monthly data package around Oct/Nov 2023. It never worked even a single day and they coudnt help me. They came to collect their modem and that’s when they stopped debiting my account even when I was calling them every 2weeks prior to the cancellation to have my zero connection issues sorted

By the time they stopped debiting my account I had already paid over 3000 rands.

Up until today February 2025 I am still waiting for them to refund my money.Every 2weeks I’m told the same story all over again and again ‘we will escalate to ur finance/refund back office and in 7 days it will paid’ KUPHI KHONA?

Rain is a total **** when they have to return money owed to their customers. They very ************* and are preying on poor South Africans.

WHAT A SHAME….
