rain is a ****!! They don't stick to their work

I'm writing this because I'm so angry and inconvenience by rain, before I made a purchase of a router I called rain regarding my ID issues, stating that I currently don't have an ID I'm still waiting for Home affairs what are other alternative do they allow, their urgent told me that the Copy of My ID is fine because I once bought a Sim Card from them so I have a profile on their system. Now that I have paid and I'm asking about my delivery they are disputing everything they said to me.

I don't have internet to do my work at home😭, when I ask for refund they're telling me that it will take 7-10 working day, so I don't know what I should do at this very moment.
