rain is a **** , their sales team is misleading
Rain told me their services were a month to month and not a contract , now that i dint want their services anymore they tell me they cannot cancel my subscription because they bill as per account being active and not per use
complete story from what i was told when i took the product. now they telling to pay before they can cancel meaning they will still bill me for something am not using
