Rain is a **** that received money and disconnect service after

I’m very disappointed with rain, I paid them on the 2nd of October and after two days they disconnect my network, until today the 12th I’m still offline. The customer care is very useless they told me to send proof of payment on the 6th October to billing department and until today my problem haven’t been resolved, and when I called customer care again they can’t assist because it’s not in their department. All I want now it’s my refund so I can go to other service providers to can be reliable to its customers.
