RAIN is a terrible service provider

I purchased their 4G sim card in early June and it did not work. I've logged numerous calls via their dashboard as the sim card did not work. I then cancelled it. They were quick to find the reason to call me when I have cancelled To date after all the calls I logged they have not called me as I have been asking for a refund. RAIN is a terrible service provider and their customer care is even useless. I wasted R475 and I regret the decision. I would not even recommend to my worst enemy.
