RAIN IS A ****, SUBSCRIBE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Rain is a ****!! They are very quick to debit your account but the level of service is below 0. Since Rain debited my account in the 25th of March 2024, I never had internet connection that time I'm on 5G, they kept on calling me to upgrade and when I said I wasn't interested my internet connection never came back. I have been logging a ticket and no one has ever gotten back to me, I called the call center they say "they are experiencing high call volume". Last night 31 March 2024 I decided to cancel my subscription and made it effective 25 April 2024 but today 01 April 2024 I woke up to no connection and I did not get my refund, I tried calling them again and I received the same message "we are experiencing high call volume".. I want my refund Rain if you are so quick to disconnecting, use the very same energy to refund my money.
