Rain is a storm of a company

Very poor customer service. Don't even start, they'll traumatize you. I've been waiting for my refund as I have not been using their services but they still debit my account I've complained to them and on hellopeter but no response, only automated responses. It's like there aren't any humans who can solve my problem. I need my money asap. Can't handle this nonsense anymore.
