RAIN IS A **** SHOW AND SO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

First of all Rain network and it’s call centre agents are just **** shows ! I signed up for rain in Feb of 2020 because where I live we had no fibre. From day one I struggled with stable internet connection! Fast forward to 2021! The network got worse to a point where I couldn’t do absolutely nothing! I was in literal tears because I couldn’t attend my meetings and this **** network wouldn’t work!!!

I complained many times about the unstable connection and only got feedback “them asking if my network has improved” after 2 weeks ! They proceeded to send an agent to my houser to come and optimise the network , poor guy he couldn’t do anything! The network got worse he even suggested that I cancel my contract same day cuz there’s absolutely no way he can assist and I will never have the connection that I pay for.

I cancelled my contract the same day (09 October 2021)via email, I went onto the website on Monday(11 October 2021) to cancel again seeing as though the SIM card was still active! I called in later during the day to make sure my sim is cancelled and they should come and pick up this big useless router ! I was assured that I will get assistance by no later than 48 hours , guess what I got an email yesterday (13 October 2021)telling me that a field agent will be sent to my house to come and optimise my network today (Thursday 14October 2021), but how when I cancelled my subscription a couple of days prior ? #kindly note I called them everyday since Monday to make sure this thing was cancelled and I kept getting the same answer “ someone will come and collect within the next 48 hours and that my ticket has been ESCALATED” Mxm what a ****ing Joke.

I called them again this morning! Frustrated as I was cussing everyone TF out cuz your employer clearly ain’t ****! This ***** hangs up on me cuz I can’t keep calling rain a **** service??? Mam what TF am I supposed to call it because it is a **** service ? Also not sure where you got your call centre training from on dealing with frustrated clients! You and the Sizwe dude!! I’m definitely giving you 1 star for that shot show.

- Anyways , Alll I want from @rain is for them to come get this **** and release me from the shackles that is their **** service! Deadass!!!!and circus call centre.
