Rain is a service for Download Customers

Is rain finally, completely falling apart? During the festive season Rain wil debit your account on 23rd December, unless you rep**** NO to their email and then they will debit you in 27th December. It is 22nd December and logging in to Rain's website it says my account is overdue. I have no access to manage my rain mobile sim cards or top up or see what data and minutes I have left. I called Rain customer support and the guy I spoke to said, My internet connection wont be cut off until the 27th. Now listen to this, I told him I am struggling with upload speeds, getting round about 2mb upload, he said that the Rain service is only for download customers. I tried to explain to him that I an a online gamer and Streamer on YouTube and need better upload speed, he says that Rain doesn't guarantee upload speeds. Next I asked him what is the average upload speed on Rain 5G, he says he doesn't have access to that information. So I asked him if I phoned Vodacom or MTN by accident, because I am sure a Rain Customer car representative should have access to that information. Again he said the Rain service is for Download Customers. What does that even mean? So I asked him if Rain is for Download customers then why did Rain partner up with Nvidia GeForce Now to deliver Cloud gaming to South Africans, a platform that clearly needs good upload speeds since the game you are playing is streamed to your device (Download) whilst you as user give inputs to play the games and constantly so that needs Upload. The guy answers saying he doesn't know what deal Rain made with Nvidia or what promises was made. All the while I am trying to tell him that a upload speed of 2 is not normal. I told him that before my area fell under Rain 5G coverage I had a friend over with his 5G router that had the same download and upload speeds as I get now after being in coverage area and so the download speed is not what it is suppose to be, he again said, Rain doesn't guarantee upload speeds.
