Rain is a ******** company that wants only our money.

I app**** for this service and paid upfront in January end of... I waited 3 weeks for simcard even after it has arrived it has Never worked not even once I had to call in day in day out for assistance nobody bothered to assist me back and yesterday again my money was taken from my account whereas they are aware that they service is not sorted for me These guys are doing day light ******* and I want all my money back because this is not unfair at all... I'm so angry ans dissapointed with this stupid rain company I always log a ticked and they say they will keep in touch soon but nobody even attempt to do that I'm fed up and I had enough of you... You are clearly ******** for innocent people we must pay and you guys must eat out money for no reason... You are absolutely crazy if you are failing to operate just close down this stupid company because clearly you are ammetures including your lazy IT people that are failing to do their stupid job... None of you can perform the service to the customers if it's not this its that but you don't make a mistake to take our Money, I want nothing to do with you all I want is my money for the 2 months.
