Stay away from rain. I wouldn’t recommend this internet service provider to anyone.

On the 14 of June I lost rain signal within my area. Next bill date was on the 15th I payed the invoice hoping it was a temporary issue that will be eventually rectified.

Believe me you up to this date I still can’t use their service. I went back and forth with their customer care without resolution till I asked that they refund me for the recent invoice so that I move on to a working service apparently they refuse seeing that I was never answered to that request.

Stay AWAY! Unless you want to be ****med by rain.
