RAIN IS A ****!! USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER!!

I purchased a sim card for 299 in April from rain and the sim card never worked. I contacted rain and informed them that the sim card is not working and I want a refund. It has been more than 3 months now since I am waiting for my refund since they promised me that the money will be refunded back into my account within 7 days. Even now I am still waiting. Rain is a ****!!! Never ever use rain, its a *******! They don't have respect for their customers.
