Rain is a **** - useless Internet Provider with nothing but Empty Promises

Dear Rain, may I kindly ask that you provide me with urgent feedback regarding my complaint that was logged with your consultants and then technician. I have not been able to use the sim card from 8 October and your technician could not help. To date, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. Your unlimited 4G sim card only worked for 7 days after receiving it and it miraculously stopped working with no help from your technician. I am requesting a refund and please do not debit my account as I am fine with your services or rather lack of thereof. Kindly cancel as you cannot provide what you sell.
