RAIN IS A ****. UPGRADE IS A **** SHOW

I am so upset! I was on the 19 hours R250 plan and last month decided to upgrade to the 4G 24/7 Unlimited plan for R479 i did this over chat and 48 hours passed i contacted the call centre and was advised that it is in progress, i notice when lockdown started that my plan changes to 4g unlimited however i had no internet whatsover, i tried to reach out live chat, call, email and twitter to no avail, i gave up and decided to wait for new month with hope it would work, come 01 April the internet works, i work from home and today i decide to check Bill to my Surprise i see a R900 limit, shocked why is this here I am on an unlimited standard plan? No RAIN changed me to Pay as you use to **** ME, no recorded conversation of such. Give me my money, fix plan or cancel this **** plan this month not May
