Rain is a ****, one hell of a service provider

Rain is so useless one of the worst service providers I ever came across. I was warned about their bad network service by a friend and I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. I called them in October to cancel the sim card because of the poor internet connection and even today they still debit my account because apperantly I needed to logon the profile and cancel the sim card, so with Rain it means calling them to cancel a sim card it's a waste because your sim card only get canceled when you one go to the profile to cancel and you can't even reverse a transaction from the bank because they make it like a purchase not a debit order which means you cannot reverse it. What a **** service provider I ever dealt with. Bad service ever.
