Rain is a **** of a business

Good day

Really had to use this platform with the hope of getting some reply or help of some sort. Rain is literally a **** of a business, i have been paying my monthly subscriptions with no problem at all, but i am not getting any services. I have complained for months and no one is coming to my rescue, they told me they will install an outside router to enhance the signal but till today i am still waiting. This is worrying because i use this for the house and now it is exam times and i sometimes need to work from home and cannot afford to pay for the services and data because of them lacking to provide.

I have cancelled their service before, but they called and convinced me how they have towers around my neighborhood to accommodate me, i am really sickened by their customer service as their agents seems to not know how to do their duties.

Can i please get some solutions or advise if i should just cancel, i am sure the R500 can go a long way and i can do something worthwhile than involuntarily donating to this corporation.
