Rain is a ****, I want my money back

I'm ****ed off with Rain, after cancelling my subscription with them on the 17 November the agent called to confirmed the cancellation and said they won't debit end of the month (which they did) since the reason I cancelled my subscription with them was poor network, worse part I missed online exam due to no network at all but was pay for the service. Today, 23 December R529 is debited again, This is really annoying I'm paying for services I'm not using. Because of having no network on the 17 November I had to pay R2000 for the supplemental exam, whose gonna compensate me. Money does no grow on trees. kindly refund my money for the two months you have debited.
