RAIN IS A ****!!!

I was told last week that i should switch off the 6pm - 11pm data option on the 1st before 6pm. Now that its the first and its still 15:52 the system/website suddenly gives errors and when i reply to the email and says "email no longer active no one will reply". Is this how Rain ****s people to pay more while they advertise with R250pm?
