Rain is a **** - False Advertising - They Charge You Double In One Month When You Want To Cancel Your Subscription

Rain is the biggest **** ever. They have been debiting my subscription amount every month on the 1st of every month. I have never missed a single payment. I then cancel my account in October, debit order went through on 1st October for the month of October. They then tried to debit my account again on 1 November claiming that it is payment for October's month which makes no sense because I already paid for 1 - 31 October. Every time I call them it rings and rings, nobody answers! When I send an email to *********** I get an automated response that says that email address is no longer in use. I send my tickets via their website, get an automated response saying help is is on the way for days. I finally get a call from an agent today, she tells me my account is an areas when yet again makes no sense as I have already paid for the month of October and cancelled my account on 2 October. Big ****, an utter ******* and EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am basically being charged DOUBLE in one month?? And this is not even a contract??? Lies!
