Rain is the worst data provider in SA, I would advice people not to use their services. In fact I believe that Rain is a ****. I canceled my Sim card subscription in April but to this day they are still withdrawing money from my account. They make it impossible to reach them as they literally cut the calls while you are on hold. ICASA must honestly do something about this company or else more people will be ****med like this.
