RAIN IS A ****!!!! DON’T TAKE ANY OPTION FROM THEM!!!!

5G Unlimited is a lie. It’s the worst Product ever. I pay R1000 per month just for being offline. It never works at all. When the weather is rainy or windy, my connection gets affected this is really nonsense. I was using the 4G before which never gave me any issues. The 5G is the worst option ever. The support people are also terrible. There’s a guy who was chatting with his friends and put me on hold indefinitely. This is really **** business. You can’t sell a product that unreliable, which simply doesn’t work. Why can other Network Providers not have any issues? You can taking our money for your own benefit!!!! This is nonsense!!! I’m canceling this product. My upload speed has always been low!!! I made so many calls with issues relating to this 5G!!!!
