I had a subscription with Rain, and i was told that its a month to month subscription, i last using their sim card in March 2021 and i was charged anything. And yesterday the 01 February 2022 i have been charged for December and January on zero usage, why am i being charged for the sim card that i have not been using? And now when i call i am told that this is a procedure, whether you used the sim card or now, why that procedure only applies now in January 2022 yet i haven't been using their sim card since March 2021.
