Rain is a ****!!

Poor service, So since the 3rd of January my wifi hasn't been working (no internet) I've made countless calls with no help all they say is technicians are on site the tower has a fault or whatever it is, I was told it would be resolved yesterday.. Nothing I wake up this morning it's still not working.. I check my emails for communications none, I had to call in and ask for feed back today!! Know what I was told I can't talk to anyone superior, I must just wait until the tower is fixed 😡. They'll be billing my account on the 15th and I'll move all Funds into an different account I can't pay for services that I'm not getting.. Rain call center agents are all *********** and unprofessional those I've spoken with to be exact..
