Rain is a **** business

Rain is a truly pathetic business. On 31 January 2022, I canceled my order and requested a refund, and the order cancellation was confirmed. Today, I received an email from Ram Couriers informing me they are going to deliver a parcel from Rain. What kind of nonsense is this? I canceled the order and want my money refunded.
