RAIN is a ****
Every time we have load shedding are we going to experience Network problems with RAIN? And to try log a call with the contact centre they don't even know when will the problem be resolved. This is happening quite a lot with RAIN and still they don't have a contingency plan for these kind of issues. How are we supposed to carry on with our daily tasks if things don't improve?
