Rain is a ****!!!

I'm so disgusted by rain. Whatever you do, don't trust them. After having constant connection issues, I decided to cancel their services on the app and I was told that someone would contact me but that never happened. So I decided to call th so I could cancel over the phone but they kept ignoring my calls. After being ignored I changed my banking details so they couldn't take my money and I thought they would contact me. They disconnect the internet which is to be expected but those idiots kept charging me even though I was disconnect!!! Rain is a ****, don't trust them!!!!!
