Rain is a **** and I am in touch with ombardsman!

Rain is a ****, I repeat Rain network is a ****! Be warned. Don't fall for the trap. They are in a business of making people's lives a misery. Their customer service is pathetic and inconsiderate.

I called in Oct to inform that that I was highjacked and my car with had my laptop and 5g t Router was highjacked. They did not sypathise but told be I will need to pay R8000 for the lost router. I was told that I must find a way to log in and cancel the 5g router online even after telling them my laptop and router were taken with the car the agent said I should make a plan. This was Oct 18th.

I went to the internet Cafe and logged in and canceled the 5g on the same day. 2 weeks later my car was recovered and I by God's grace got the router but lost laptop. At the end of the month I got a statement that I must pay R479 which I had canceled the 5g.i wrote countless emails to Rain asking why I am required to pay if I had canceled and both agents said that its process and I must pay. They tried to debit my account in Nov and Dec for a service I canceled Oct 18th.mind you I paid Oct 1st for the month of Oct and canceled on the 18th but yet they tried to debit me at the end of Oct, Nov and Dec for service I canceled. In Oct after recovering the router I arranged for someone to come and collect and guess what, the driver called me Jan 4th to come and collect something I wrote in about in Oct.

How sickening is rain?

When I call the customer care number I'm told there's no one to take the call. When I write in no one replies to emails

Sis I will be contacting the ombardsman and we will settle this matter in court!
