Rain is a **** and a cheat

We are using the rain sim card for the 24 hours internet services , well at least that is what we are paying for but we get service when rain wants , on the 22nd the wifi service has been offline , whats worse is that we are unable to login into the rain portal to access customer support , the email address we used to login in with is *** , now the email is not valid,

Kindly advise me on how to make this ticket in order to qualify for you to assist me, I am on your website, where do I go to create this ticket, I did mention that we cannot even login into the rain portal, how do I send this ticket, you service sucks ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
