The service that we as clients receive while taking our money on a monthly basis is appalling. And the fact that you guys are so arrogant as to not to answer any of the complaints proves that you’re unreliable and ***** . You sell us ******* and don’t bother to rectify or acknowledge your bull**** . Your app is useless ,there’s no coverage and one cannot even get hold of you . I can’t even cancel your useless service because your app is not working. Start treating your customers with the same respect they pay their hard earned money for your useless service

All of that doesn’t help because my device is mounted on top of my house. I cannot reach it since it’s not a home router it’s outside therefore I can’t reach the SIM card. My rain app and all the other methods don’t work either. I’ve tried calling but your call centre doesn’t pick up any of my calls. The most suitable way is to send technicians to sort out my problem because at this moment I’m loosing clients and I can’t keep driving to the malls for me to be able to access Wi-Fi, some emails and zoom meetings are urgent and because of our different time zones with other countries it’s difficult for me to drive out at night to access Wi-Fi
