RAIN IS A ****

Generic reply they send nothing ever gets done I've complained a few times nothing has ever been resolved, if my erea had fiber options I would have left rain a long time ago. They really do no care. They just make affordable packages knowing we need them but never delivers. Really sad 😔

I do not have load shedding its still not working, load shedding or not it never has internet. This month is worse I haven't had internet even once.

I don't think who ever is responding understands I haven't had internet since I paid month end maybe I'm stupid and haven't noticed that I haven't had electricity since month end. Whether there is load shedding or not my internet is never available I've the same amount on data jusg to ensure my kids cam stream. Maybe I should cancel rain because you do nit even have solutions for your ongoing bad service.

Please stop hiding behind eskom because when you denied money you don't hide behind eskom
