Remember when they told you that's it's not a contract, no hustles, well that's false adverti*****t for you. Apparently they charge you if the SIM is "active", hence you have to cancel it for them to stop. Doesn't end there, I was charged for months I've been paying manually because they've been failing to deduct from my account, sent them proof to rectify this, we going to the 2nd month now and no hope of resolving their mistake. Please tell your loved ones to stay away if they don't want a headache
