We got our rain 5g sim card and router on Tuesday. The internet connection is terrible, non-existant actually. Now we are trying to cancel before the 7 days so we can get our money back but they don't answer calls and the cancel button on the website doesn't work. It's so easy to register but once you are a customer their service is non-existant. Rain is a ****, such a waste of our hard earned money
