Rain is a ****

During and after loadshedding, my 5G router signal becomes poorer. I sometimes connect to my vodacom phone hotspot and I get better service than the 5G router. Rain is a ****, we are not recieving 5G internet as promised. The internet connection keeps breaking every now and then. Yesterday I called the support team and the lady said I must try a different service provider, I do not known if that is how you solve customer issues.

I am looking for another 5G ISP, rain is simply a **** and we fall for thier adverti*****ts. They will do not live up to thier promise.
