Rain Is A ****

I have Rain 5G which I am paying for R499 every month. Yesterday (26/04/2022), they disconnected my internet and I tried to reach Rain but to no avail. I am supposed to pay for the service on every first day of the month.

My question is why are they cutting off the services before this month ends? At least one agent from Rain must call me and tell me what's going on. I am really disappointed and angry at the same time.
