I recently bought a 5G SIM card with router and was delivered. I was told that i should just plug the router, optimize my location on the app and i'll be set. it has not worked since. after countless attempts to try to get them to assist, im still not yet connected but i paid for the month ahead..im absolutely disgusted by the service
