Rain is a ****

I placed an order online for a 5G WiFi router and I got an email stating I’ll receive my router within 5 days. It’s 2 weeks now and I haven’t gotten my router. I tried calling them a several times and they don’t answer their phone. Another thing is I can’t access my account now. It’s like my account disappeared or something (not sure). I tried creating a new account but it denies me access stating that I already have an account but I can’t access my existing account, it says account not found. I went on their Facebook page and sent a direct message and they told me an agent will call me.

I have been waiting for the agent to call me even now I haven’t gotten any communication from them. I went again on their Facebook page and sent another message and I got a reply saying they have sent my router to a courier company and the courier company will make contact with me and they haven’t either.

I want to be able to access my account and cancel my order because it’s a very ****ty company with bad customer service

They are not professional and they don’t care about their customers . I’ll not encourage anyone to buy from them because they will **** you like they ****med me
