Rain is a ****!!

I've been using their slow and sometimes unavailable network until I had to relocate. I send them a message explaining that I'm relocating and the consultant and I reached a conclusion that the wisest thing to do is to cancel my "prepaid" deal.

Immediately after speaking with the consultant they debited my account with a thousand(R1000) and claimed that I owe for the previous month, which was a lie. Ok, even if i did, why would they take money from me for the following month yet we are canceling?

You guys won't believe, this month again, I'm waking up to rain taking my money. I don't understand why they are doing this. Is this even a legit company?

Don't use rain guys, they'll continuously ***** your money and nobody will even attend to your queries, they'll make up stories that you owe them . They are *******, their service is a ****!!
