Rain is a ****!
I wish there was an option for no star! I purchased my rain sim card and had it delivered yesterday and I have had no internet since. How do I not have any internet when payment has been made? There is no call center for assistance or email address. I am so disappointed as I thought I would get premium service. I wish I would have checked their reviews on HelloPeter prior to making payment. I feel ******. I have requested an urgent refund!
