Cancelled my wifi with rain because they BARELY provide internet services and when I say barely, I mean - there will be no connectivity for like weeks!! They confirmed my cancellation but then proceeded to debit my account unauthorized for a service that I DID NOT USE.

Rain is a cheap service provider but you pay with your mental health and sanity.

The consultants are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, call them with a technical issue and they're best advice is for you to reboot :'D.

Sure sherlock, by the time I hopped on a call you think I didn't try switch it off and on?
