Rain is a ****

I called rain yesterday because they wanted to debit me 900 for the service I did not use I stopped using rain last year. They said it's not a contract however when u stop using their service they still continue charging me. I spoke to Simangele Sibiya said she is reporting to Thabisile Xaba, Simangele promised me that she Will send an email to billing today that they credit the amount that I was charged for no service and said she will get back to me till now haven't receive anything as she promised. Rain is a **** how can you continue charge me for the service that I'm not using. If this is not sorted I'm taking it further because you coursing me bank charges with the debit order.
