I stopped using their services in June 2023 due to financial issues, I called them to cancel my service, they said they can not cancel as I owe them 1 month payment told them I can't pay and now is November I just got my first ist salary and they took R1380 from my account instead of R265 I subscribed for, Rain is a **** be careful

13 Dec 2023, 07:56I spoke to 1 of your Consultant, he said you guys (RAIN) are going to refund me R1058.16 as you deducted R1318.16 and I only owed R265 when I called for cancelation, however you only refunded me R531 and R522.16 is still outstanding
