RAIN IS A RIP-OFF, DON'T EVER JOIN RAIN, YOU WILL MAKE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE.

THULISIWE HLONGWANE & THANDILE SPONDO. I have sent several e-mails to these ladies requesting assistance with my connection and asking them for updated and a full summary of my account/statements. It has been two months since I requested for a reviewed statement of my rain account and still no assistance. Now I cancelled my 4G on the 4th of January however I was billed for the 4G until the 15th of January. I activated my 5G on the 4th of January and for 2 weeks I had no internet and spent about R500.00 worth of loading data to other networks. During the month of February I also didn't have any internet for about 2 weeks and still I was billed for this.

So for the past 2 weeks my internet connection has been very slow and of poor quality and I am expected to pay for this poor service.

RAIN IS A RIP-OFF, THEREFORE I WOULD SUGGEST THAT ANYONE WHOS IS LOOKING TO JOIN RAIN, DON'T DO IT....... PLEASE DONT. RATHER STICK TO THE REPUTABLE INTERNET COMPANIES LIKE, MTN, VODACOM, CELL C, TELKOM. YOU WILL BE BETER OFF.
