RAIN IS A RIP-OFF AND CANT DELIVER- USES NEVER OPT FOR RAIN. IT IS TAKING THEM MORE THAN 4 MONTHS TO SORT A BILLING ISSUES.

Good day Please give me an indication on how long it will take to get my query resolved. I need to know if it is fine for me to now move over to another service provider as I have already spent R300.00 on airtime and data so that I can stay connected. I await an urgent response.

I have been sending 2-8 e-mails on a daily basis and no one is getting back to me: thandile*******- THANDILE SPONDO ***- THULISIWE HLONGWANE *** *** *** *** ***
