Rain is a problem

I cancelled my rain wifi with them in May 2022 due to financial strain and can not affort the wifi anymore. The lady i spoke to cancelled it and said they will send a courier to pick up the router. The whole month of June 2022 rain try to debets my account every 2 to 3 days but there is no funds for the debit to go through. I phone them to sort it out but just when you speak to someone at rain the call is ended. This is so frustrating. Rain please get your call centre in order to sort out problems.
