Rain is a ****, Please Don't Use them

Please do not use Rain. It is a straight up ****. The wifi is almost never as fast as advertised and when you cancel, the amount of ****my tactics used to try and retain you as a customer and keep charging you is insane.

Even when I finally managed to cancel and was told I wouldn't be charged that month, I STILL got charged for that month, and all the support kept leaving the call as soon as I mentioned this issue. I currently don't know if they're going to give this money back or even stop charging me the following months. Absolutley ****my and *********** business.
