RAIN IS A PHONY

i purchased a RAIN SIM CARD on the 23rd of April and still to-date i haven't received my SIM CARD. every time i track my delivery status, it always shows that my "preparing Delivery". i have tried their support center tool i have referred to and sent numerous inquiries but no one has ever responded. the stupidest thing i can see my next payment statement is loaded on the site, but nothing about the SIM itself.

i feel bamboozled by this con artists. and they cant use Corona as an excuse because its more than 5 days now. i need my money since i didnt even receive their service.
