Rain is a Pathetic Joke. No Customer service at all. Impossible to Contact. ****************!

Following my previous post complaining of Rain's lack of service, Mosidi Mohale promised to call me back the following day, but to date, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE WHICH I AM NOT RECEIVING AND RAIN SIMPLY DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN. Ive asked her to rather then get the service canceled instead of me paying in vain. How does one get hold of these people, since every online request for assistance goes ignored, while these people hold one's money which has been debited in advance. Seems like **************** to me! I'm disgusted with this company
