RAIN IS A PATHETIC INTERNET PROVIDER

Rain has given me the worst: 1) Internet Connectivity 2) Customer Support

I have ever received.

I pay R1,000.00 a month for Rains 5G Unlimited services and I am absolutely appalled at the services and connectivity received.

I have raised numerous support tickets in regards to network issues and am greeted with the same troubleshooting ideas (which never work) and same excuses - the most common being that my router is pinging a "faulty tower", they have noted the "Network Team" and the team will be in contact with me - which has not happened (Six Support Tickets Raised - in a span of 2 weeks!)

To top the frustration off - my network goes down during loadshedding as a result of them not having back up power during this time (yet my monthly bill remains the same).

I wouldn't recommend Rain to my worst enemy - they are absolutely useless!
